Rock Paper or Scissors is a family-owned, husband-and-wife company working out of Greeley, Colorado. The name is the whole business in three words: Rock is concrete and hardscape, Paper is fencing, and Scissors is landscaping.
Most properties need more than one of those, and they usually need them in a particular order — grade and pour before you plant, set the fence line before you finish the beds. Having one crew handle all three means the sequencing is somebody's job rather than nobody's.
We build for the conditions here rather than to a generic spec. Front Range concrete goes through dozens of freeze-thaw cycles a winter, fence lines take real wind load through their posts, and this is semi-arid country where planting and watering have to be planned as one decision.
